Christopher Bierton

I`m Chris, a director at Frith safety and  a highly experienced health and safety professional with a proven track record in creating and maintaining safe working environments across a variety of sectors. Over the past 14 years, I have developed expertise in safety management, compliance, risk assessment, and incident investigation, helping organisations meet legal requirements and protect their workforce.


I hold recognised safety qualifications, including certification to deliver training to international standards, and have successfully advised on projects ranging from day-to-day workplace operations to large-scale public events. My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on finding solutions that work in the real world.

Passionate about preventing accidents and promoting a strong safety culture, I work with businesses to ensure their people, customers, and visitors can operate in safe and compliant environments.

George Cook DipNEBOSH

I'm George Cook, Director and Safety Consultant at Frith Safety. I hold the NEBOSH Diploma and am BAFE-accredited, with over 16 years of experience delivering safety excellence within Ministry of Defence environments. My work spans hazardous waste and hazardous materials management, fire extinguisher servicing and commissioning, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement—always grounded and a meticulous attention to detail.

I’ve also served on the safety team at the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT)—the world’s largest military airshow—for the past two years, supporting complex, high-pressure operations where public safety and precision are paramount.
But what sets me apart isn’t just technical expertise—it’s my belief that safety should be empowering, not intimidating. At Frith Safety, I help businesses of all sizes build a culture where safety is clear, inclusive, and confidently led. I combine rigorous standards with intuitive thinking, using symbolic tools like the Vegvisir and saints of protection to guide strategy and branding. Because safety isn’t just about compliance—it’s about legacy, resilience, and trust.
